Lately

Jennings Baby Dedication was on April 10. We were blessed to have family and friends take part in such special day.

Easter

The bunny hopped and left Jennings a few Easter treats.

The treats were loved! She smiled and bounced as she saw new toys.

The twin pops came to celebrate with us.

Jennings doesn't quite understand that you must remain quiet during church. We spent 95% of the service in the foyer, but were able to enjoy the sermon and music through the speakers. As soon as we got in the car, she passed out. It was so nice out, she hung out in the flower beds for a while.

Jennings Meets Emma

My brother and sister in law welcomed a precious little girl, Emma McKenzie, into the world on March 30. Jennings, my dad, Mary, and I (Caleb had to work )traveled to Atlanta to meet that sweet girl.

Jennings was mesmerized for a few brief moments and even decided that she wanted to "taste" her. I am so excited that Jennings will have a cousin so close in age to play with.

4 Months

How in the world can my baby be 4 months old?? I feel like she was born yesterday!

Jennings has really developed a personality lately! She is so much fun.

At 4 months:

You are rolling over

Wearing size 1 diapers

Weigh 13.5 lbs

You are 23 inches long (I am afraid you may be vertically challenged like your mom. :))

Wearing 3 month clothes

Sleeping through the night (7:30-5:00)

Eating rice cereal and LOVING it

Playing on a pallet is your favorite thing

Sophie the giraffe is your favorite toy

Bath time is your favorite time of day

You love to be outside, especially on the swing

Jennings does have big eyes, but they get insanely big as soon as she sees the orange light on the camera! :) Our little love bug is growing so quickly!

Spring has Sprung

I don't know about you, but we are LOVING this beautiful weather. We are spending as much time as possible outdoors and Jennings is mesmerized by God's creation.

3 Months

Happy 3 Months Jennings! I can't believe time is passing so quickly.

At 3 months you are:

*Wearing 0-3 month clothes

*Wearing size 1 diapers

*Eating every 3 hours during the day

*Hating to take a nap

*Sleep through the night most nights from 8-5

*In love with your hands. I try to replace them with your paci, but you always work that hand back up to your mouth

*Smiling really big

*Love to play on your play mat and watch your bird mobile

*Talking (guh is your favorite)

*Very alert and wide eyed

*Liking the car as long as it is moving

*Playing on a pallet is one of your favorite things, especially if a fan is on

Time is passing so quickly! We are savoring every second!
